Abstract

Jumlah produk cacat yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan dalam suatu proses produksi diminimalkan untuk menghindari biaya yang timbul sebagai akibat dari munculnya produk cacat tersebut. Kecenderungan terjadinya produk cacat pada proses produksi barcode label di CV. Speedy Printing, semakin lama semakin meningkat. Jenis produk cacatnya pun berbeda – beda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis cacat yang sering terjadi pada hasil produksi, menetapkan sistem pengendalian kualitas pada perusahaan, menentukan ukuran keberhasilan sistem pengendalian kualitas dalam proses implementasinya di perusahaan, dan mencapai ukuran keberhasilan sistem pengendalian kualitas dalam proses implementasinya di perusahaan. Perancangan sistem pengendalian kualitas harus mampu mencakup informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi terjadinya cacat pada produk yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem pengendalian kualitas pada bagian produksi ini adalah dengan pendekatan Statistical Quality Control (SQC) yang menggunakan alat bantu seven tools berupa checksheet, stratifikasi, histogram, scater plot, pareto chart, peta kendali P, dan fishbone diagram. Berdasarkan pada pengolahan data didapatkan bahwa dengan diterapkannnya sistem pengendalian kualitas pada lantai produksi mampu memberikan pengaruh pada berkurangnya hasil produksi yang cacat. Design of quality control system should be able to include the information needed to reduce the occurrence of defects in the product. The method that used to design the control system on the quality of this production is to use Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with seven tools : checksheet, stratifikasi, histogram, scater plot, pareto chart, control chart P, and fishbone diagram. Based on the processing of the data showed that the implementation of the quality control system is able to reduce product defects.
