Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation to the job satisfaction of internal staff in non-profit organizations NGOs Indonesian Environmental Forum. The independent variables were examined in this study is the variable of organizational cultur and work motivation. While job satisfaction is a dependent variable. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and using a purposive sample with a total sample of 32 internal staff organizations NGOs Indonesian Forum for the Environment is working on the scope of the National Executive and Regional Executive Jakarta. Data obtained from the processing of variables ( 1 ) Organizational Culture and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. From the results of the correlation matrix between the dimensions of the variables can be seen that organizational culture is most strongly linked to the dimension of the role culture dimensions variable salary on job satisfaction. ( 2 ) Work Intrinsic Motivation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. From the results of the correlation matrix of the variables can be known that work intrinsic motivation is most strongly linked to the working group on the dimension variable job satisfaction ( 3 ) Organizational Culture and work Motivation simultaneously affect job satisfaction. Keywords : organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja staf internal organisasi non profit di Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Wahana Lingkungan Hidup Indonesia. Variabel bebas yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja menjadi variabel terikat. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan menggunakan sampel purposive dengan total sampel 32 staf internal organisasi Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Wahana Lingkungan Hidup Indonesia yang bekerja pada lingkup Eksekutif Nasional dan Eksekutif Daerah Jakarta. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan variabel (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Dari hasil matrik korelasi antar dimensi bisa diketahui bahwa dari variabel budaya organisasi yang paling kuat hubungannya adalah dimensi role culture terhadap dimensi gaji pada variabel kepuasan kerja. (2) Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dari hasil matrik korelasi bisa diketahui bahwa dari variabel motivasi intrinsik yang paling kuat hubungannya adalah terhadap dimensi Kelompok kerja pada variabel Kepuasan kerja. (3) Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi kerja secara simultan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja. Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja.
