Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi langsung, kesejahteraan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah riset kausal melalui pendekatan survey dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kajian pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Mulya dengan responden sebagai sampel sebanyak 130 karyawan. Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program Minitab Versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kompensasi langsung, kesejahteraan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan secara simultan variasi naik turunnya kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kompensasi langsung, kesejahteraan dan kepuasan kerja. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan kesejahteraan memiliki pengaruh positif lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan kompensasi langsung dan kepuasan kerja. The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of direct compensation, wellbeing and job satisfaction to employee performance. The method used in this study was causal research through a survey approach with the method of data collection through literature review, observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research was conducted at Rumah Sakit Mulya by respondents as a sample of 130 employees which processed using the multiple linear regression model assisted by application program of Minitab Version 16. The results of this research showed a direct compensation, wellbeing and job satisfaction has positive effect to employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression equations model showed variation of increasing and decreasing to the employee's performance can be explained by the direct compensation, wellbeing and job satisfaction simultaneously. The results of multiple linear regression analysis equations model showed wellbeing has the greatest positive effect compared with direct compensation and job satisfaction to the employee's performance.
