Abstract

This thesis aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, work culture and motivation on employee performance of palm oil company Sebakis Inti Lestari, PT. Research method that used is descriptive analysis. Data collection method used is through literature review, observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data collection was conducted using a census, a population is staff only at Sebakis Inti Lestari, from a population 385 people, 81 People was be responden on this research. The results showed that leadership style, Work culture and motivatoin simultaneously are having significant influence to the employee performance. Partially, work culture and motivation are not having significan influence on employee performance. Leaderhip style is the biggest significant variable in influencing the employee performance. Keyword : Leaderhip style, Work culture, Motivation, Employee Performance. Tesis ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit PT. Sebakis Inti Lestari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi analisis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui studi pustaka, observasi, kuesioner dan interview. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode sensus, dengan populasi adalah hanya golongan staff di PT. Sebakis Inti Lestari. Dalam penelitian ini, dari populasi staff 385 orang, yang dijadikan responden adalah 81 Orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, budaya kerja dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Budaya kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja karyawan.
