Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance PT. Flash Mobile. Research method that used is descriptive analysis with purposive sampling and total respondents are 59 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis with the classical assumption. Hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test. From writing result can concluded that Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline are have positive significant effect on Employee Performance PT. Flash Mobile partially and simultaneously. The dominant result is the effect from time discipline to quantity. Management needs to increase authoritarian leadership style, gives facilitate and needs to self actualization, strengthen time discipline. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Discipline, Employee Performance. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Flash Mobile. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 59 responden. Teknik anlisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Dari hasil penulisan dapat diketahui bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Flash Mobile secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil yang paling dominan adalah pengaruh dimensi Disiplin Waktu terhadap dimensi Kuantitas. Disarankan lebih meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, memfasilitasi dan meningkatkan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri karyawan, dan memperketat pengawasan dalam hal disiplin waktu Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin, Kinerja Karyawan.
