Abstract
Tingkat turnover yang tinggi akan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi organisasi, hal ini seperti menciptakan ketidakstabilan dan ketidakpastian terhadap kondisi tenaga kerja dan peningkatan biaya sumber daya manusia yakni yang berupa biaya pelatihan yang sudah diinvestasikan pada karyawan sampai biaya rekrutmen dan pelatihan kembali. Turnover yang tinggi juga mengakibatkan organisasi tidak efektif karena perusahaan kehilangan karyawan yang berpengalaman dan perlu melatih kembali karyawan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Turnover Intention. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik clustering sampling terhadap 230 responden. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regressi Linear . Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Oleh karena itu dalam upaya menurunkan tingkat turnover disarankan kepada perusahaan menyelenggarakan sesuatu kegiatan atau memberikan sesuatu sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan untuk meningkatkan komitmen karyawan, karena karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pencapaian visi dan misi perusahaan. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi, Turnover Intention. High rate of turnover leads to adverse effect to an organization. Such problem is likely generating instability and uncertainty towards employment condition and human resources cost rise in forms of training invested to them, recruitment and newly built training programs. High turnover, in addition, also results in organizational ineffectiveness because it loses experienced employees as well as spends much times in training new, inexperienced employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Organization Commitment and Motivation on Turnover Intention and to analyze the most affective variable on turnover intention. There are 230 respondents for the samples by using clustering sampling and data analysis during the research is held by using Linear Regression. According to the analysis result that Organization Commitment has significant influence to Turnover Intention. Henceforth, in efforts of decreasing turnover rate, company should improve by fulfilling needs and intention of the employees, and to rise employees commitment that they have significant roles in supporting to achieve company’s vision and mission.
