Abstract
Various studies demonstrate competence and financial compensation are the main factors that affect the performance of employees. Various competencies and financial compensation issues which will then affect the employee in improving performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of variable competence and financial compensation variables to variable performace. The method used is descriptive and using stratified random sampling to determine the number of samples. From the analysis of the data found that competence is positively and significantly related to performace, financial compensation positive and significant effect on performace. When tested together, the financial compensation and competence significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Financial Compensation, Performance. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi dan kompensasi finansial merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Berbagai masalah kompetensi dan kompensasi finansial yang kemudian akan mempengaruhi karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel kompetensi dan variabel kompensasi finansial terhadap variabel kinerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan menggunakan stratified random sampling untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Dari hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Jika diuji bersama-sama, kompensasi dan kompetensi finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kompensasi Finansial, Kinerja.
