Abstract
SMK YUPPENTEK-2 adalah sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berbasis teknologi dan produksi dimana Smk Yuppentek-2 membuat badan usaha, jasa pembuatan spart industri, yang dikelola oleh Unit produk, dan bekerja sama dengan perusahan di lingkungakan kabupaten Tangerang. Dimana proses pengerjaan produk tersebut mengalami kendala-kendala kerusakan mesin, target produksi sehari-hari sering tidak tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari penyebab utama tidak tercapainya target produksi base frame centrifugal fan yang merupakan salah satu produk rutin. Untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas ketiga mesin freis miling, yaitu dengan menghitung availability, performance efficiency, dan rate of quality serta nilai OEE Overal Equipment Effectiveness sebagai langkah awal penerapan TPM Total Produktive Maintenance. Melakukan analisis terhadap faktor sixbig losses. Pengurutan persentase faktor Six Big Losses tersebut akan di gambarkan dengan pareto diagram terlihat jelas urutan dari keenam faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas di ketiga mesin Freis Milling. Dalam diagram tersebut menggambarkan bahwa persentase terbesar Six Big Losses pada kategori Reduced Speed Losses, dan Idling and Minor Stoppages. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan temuan bahwa nilai OEE masih dibawah standar kelas duni, untuk mencari akar penyebab masalah menggunakan diagram Ishikawa dari faktor mesin didapatkan kondisi mesin yang banyak rusak dan aus. Dari faktor Manusia didapatkan bahwa teknisi kurang pengetahuan terhadap perawatan mesin. Dari hasil penelitian ini dissarankan kepada Unit produksi smk yuppentek-2 untuk mengaplikasikan Total Productive Maintenance untuk menaikkan nilai OEE. Kata Kunci: Downtime, Six Big Losses, OEE, Pareto, Ishikawa, TPM SMK YUPPENTEK-2 is a technology and production school based estabilisting a firm: Industrial spare part process service run by production unit incororporated with some industries in Tangerang regency in term of production prosess, it experiiencies some mechanical problems and unachieved daily production target this research is conducted to investigate the main problem why it dosen”t active production target base fram centripugal fan which is one of routine product some steps taken to know tre miling freis machines effectivity, they are: the availability, performance efficiency and rate of quality and also OEE value of the first step to apply TPM Doing an analysis over six binglosses, factors six biglosses percentage factor arrangement will be shaoun by paretto diangram where it can be san clearly the arrangement will be shaun by pareto diagram where it can be son cleary the arrangement of six influencing factor to ward tre miling freis machines. The diagram also tells the biggest percentage of six biglosses in reduced speed losses category, and Indling and minor stoppages from this research, the writer finds out thet the awerage value still under the world class standards to search for problem by isikawa diagram from machine factor the writer gets that there are many broken and worn out machine condition. Another factor is that the technician is poor knowledge in maintenance. Based on this research, the writer suggests production unit of Smk Yuppentek-2 apply TPM to improve OEE value.
