Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of Certification of Teacher and Principal Supervision on Teacher Performance MI Hayatul Islam Jakarta. The method used is descriptive by Spearman correlation analysis and Kruskall Wallis. According to the results of correlation is known that there is a correlation between teacher certification on teacher performance, the correlation between the principal supervision of the teacher's performance and at the same time there is a correlation to the performance of teachers. And the result of the calculation Kruskal Wallis was also no effect of teacher certification on performance as well as the supervision of the principal influences on teacher performance MI Hayatul Islam, it can be concluded Ho is rejected, meaning that the certification effect on the performance of teachers and principals supervision affect the performance of the teacher. And together there is an influence on teacher performance MI Hayatul Islam Jakarta. Although the results differ between correlation and Kruskal-Wallis non- parametric but each of the variables together have an influence on the performance of teachers. Keywords: Teacher Certification, Supervising Principal and Teacher Performance. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh Sertifikasi Guru dan Supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru MI Hayatul Islam Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif melalui analisis Korelasi Spearman dan Kruskall Wallis. Menurut hasil korelasi diketahui bahwa adanya korelasi antara sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, korelasi antara supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru serta secara bersamaan terdapat korelasi terhadap kinerja guru. Dan hasil dari penghitungan Kruskal Wallis juga ada pengaruh sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja begitu juga pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru MI Hayatul Islam, dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak, artinya sertifikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dan supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Dan secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru MI Hayatul Islam Jakarta. Walaupun berbeda hasil antara korelasi non parametric dan Kruskal Wallis tetapi masing-masing variable secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Sertifikasi Guru, Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru.
