Abstract
This Thesis purpose of the study is to examination of influence of the factors related to the leadership, performance measuses, and reward system in organazation, in keeping the managerial performance, to find out the relationship between the independent variable: styles of leadership, performance measures and reward system, and dependent variables: managerial performance of the workers of the PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations, at West Pasaman, West Sumatera. A non-experimental study was carried on 60 staffs (assistant, senior assistant and manager) of PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations. Question shares based on the Likert scale were used to measure the study variables, The multiple regression analysis were used to analysis the data. The results show that (a) there are a significant influence partial between the leadership,performance measures and reward system on the managerial performance of PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations and (b) there are a significant influence together between the leadership, performalce measures and reward system on the managerial performance of PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations. Key Words: style of leadership, performance measures, reward system, managerial performance. Tesis ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepemimpinan, Evaluasi kinerja dan sistem penghargaan yang ditetapkan oleh organisasi dalam mempertahankan kinerja manajerial, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan, evaluasi kinerja dan sistem penghargaan sebagai variebel pengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial sebagai variabel independen karyawan PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations, Pasaman Barat, Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non-eksperimental dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang staf (Assistant, Senior Assistant dan Manager) PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations. Pengukuran variabel-variabel penelitian menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan, evaluasi kinerja dan sistem penghargaan secara parsial terhadap kinerja manajerial dan (b) ada hubungan bermakna antara gaya, kapemimpinan, evaluasi kinerja dan sistem penghargaan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja manajerial. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Evaluasi Kinerja, Sistem Penehargaan, Kinerja Manajerial.
