Abstract

PT. LG Innotek Indonesia made the voice of the customer as the basic foundation for the company as a market leader in the industrial electronics of world company. During the period of the year in 2013, company recorded the voice of the customer which leads to the claim of impeded on quantity supporting, where the recorded output produced only 95.2% of total customer demand each month. In this study aims to increase the quantity of production, As for the strategy adopted to improve the capacity of the production line optimization, through improvements to increase engine performance by using the focused improvement and also increase operator performance that lead to the application of autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Implementation of 3 pillars TPM's application on the production line can be able to increase output so that will matches with target, so it is also directly related to improving customer satisfaction related with the fulfillment of appropriate quantity demand. LG Innotek Indonesia menjadikan voice of customer sebagai pijakan dasar untuk menjadikan perusahaan sebagai market leader di bidang industri elektronik dunia. Selama kurun waktu satu tahun pada 2013 mencatat voice of customer yang mengarah pada claim pemunuhan kuantitas yang terhambat, dimana tercatat output yang dihasilkan rata-rata sebesar 95.2% dari total permintaan customer setiap bulannya. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas produksi, adapun strategi yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dengan optimasi pada line produksi melalui perbaikan untuk peningkatan kinerja mesin dengan menggunakan focused improvement dan peningkatan kinerja operator yang mengarah pada penerapan autonomous maintenance, dan planned maintenance secara harian, mingguan, bulanan dan tahun. Dari penerapan 3 pilar TPM ini pada line produksi didapat peningkatan output produksi hingga sesuai dengan target, sehingga hal ini secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan kepuasan customer terkait pemenuhan kuantitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya.
