Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the effect of Job Satisfaction,Organization Culture and Leadership Style in Improving Turnover Intention at PT. Nichias Sunijaya Jakarta. This study used an associative research design, using primary data through questionnaire instrument in the form of employee opinion. This study uses a sampling technique as much as 128 samples from 150 population of total employee at PT. Nichias Sunijaya Jakarta. The data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The results of this study concluded that: The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention was negative and significant, The Effect of Organization Culture on Turnover Intention was positive and significant, The Effect of Leadership Style on Turnover Intention e is positive and significant. Job Satisfaction, Organization Culture and Leadership Style simultaneously have a positive influence and significant impact on Turnover Intention. Key words: organization culture, work satisfaction, leaderships style, turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Intensi Turnover karyawan di PT. Nichias Sunijaya Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif, dengan menggunakan data primer melalui instrumen kuesioner dalam bentuk opini karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling sebanyak 128 sampel dari 150 populasi karyawan di PT. Nichias Sunijaya Jakarta. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja pada Intensi Turnover karyawan adalah negatif dan signifikan, Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi pada Intensi Turnover karyawan adalah positif dan signifikan, Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan pada Intensi Turnover karyawan positif dan signifikan. Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Intensi Turnover karyawan. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, intensi turnover.
