Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of competence, compensation, and motivation on employee performance in the District Kebun Jeruk. Research using a survey method with causality and descriptive research, methods of data collection through field research methods, the study of literature and using questionnaire instruments. The population of civil servants in the district as Kebon Jeruk 145 people by the respondent amounted to 60 people taken by sampling. The research proves that competence has positive and significant effect on employee”s performance. Most influential competency dimensions are social competence and intellectual competence. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Most influential compensation is indirect compensation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Most influential motivation dimension is motivation for self-actualization and fulfillment awarded. Competencies, compensation and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees in the District Kebon Jeruk. Keywords: Competition, Compensation, Motivation, Performance. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan penelitian kasualitas dan deskriftif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui metode riset lapangan, studi kepustakaan dan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Populasi pegawai negeri sipil di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk sebanyak 145 orang dengan responden berjumlah 60 orang yang diambil secara sampel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dimensi kompetensi yang paling kuat berpengaruh adalah kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi intelektual. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dimensi kompensasi yang kuat berpengaruh adalah kompensasi tidak langsung. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dimensi motivasi yang kuat berpengaruh adalah pemenuhan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri dan pemenuhan kebutuhan memperoleh penghargaan. Kompetensi, kompensasi dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhapa kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja.
