Abstract

Komponen utama dalam perawatan pesawat terbang adalah spare part, sehingga pengelolaan spare part menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk mendukung keberlangsungan operasional pesawat terbang. Dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah armada pesawat terbang maka kebutuhan spare part juga semakin besar, seiring dengan pertambahan kebutuhan spare part maka frekuensi pergantian spare part juga bertambah. Jumlah kebutuhan dan pergantian spare part yang tinggi dan tersebar di semua station, maka diperlukan suatu metode distribusi yang optimal untuk menangani distribusi spare part ke semua station. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghubungkan antar station adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Hub-Spoke, untuk menentukan Station Hub harus memperhatikan jumlah flight yang ada di station tersebut yang akan dijadikan sebagai Station Hub. Dalam menentukan Station Hub dan Spoke dapat menggunakan pendekatan Linear Programming, karena jumlah station dan flight yang cukup banyak maka diperlukan Tool (MatLab) untuk melakukan komputasi Linear Programming. Dari hasil komputasi dapat diperoleh sembilan station yang akan dijadikan sebagai Station Hub, dari kesembilan Station Hub tersebut tidak ada hubungan antar Station Hub dan setiap Station Hub hanya akan terhubung dengan Station Spoke yang berada diwilayahnya. Model jaringan distribusi Hub-Spoke dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pengontrolan distribusi spare part serta dapat meminimalkan waktu pengiriman spare part ke semua station yang menjadi tujuan penerbangan. Kata kunci: Hub-Spoke, Jaringan Distribusi, Linear Programming, Station Hub, Station Spoke The main components in aircraft maintenance is spare parts, so that spare part management becomes very important for the sustainability of operational supports of aircraft. Aircraft fleet continues to grow, the need for spare parts are also getting bigger, with increased needs of the spare parts so turnover frequency of spare part also increases. High number of parts replacement needs and spread over all the station, so that need an optimum method to handle the distribution of spare parts to all station. The method used to connect between stations is to use a Hub-Spoke approach, to determine the Station Hub should pay attention to the number of flight in the station which will be used as a Station Hub. In determining Station Hub and Spoke can use linear programming approach, because the number of station and flight pretty much, so that require tool (MatLab) for Computing of Linear Programming. From the computational results can be obtained nine station that will serve as the Station Hub, ninth of the Station Hub there are no association between any Station Hub and the Station Hub will only be connected to the Station Spoke under Station Hub territory. Hub-Spoke distribution networks can facilitate in controlling the distribution and minimizes delivery times of spare parts to deliver to all destination station.
