Abstract
This This research is aimed to determine the effect of discipline, training, and motivation training on the employee performance of PT. LG Innotek Indonesia. Questionnaire data obtained through the survey by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents as sample of employees during the period 2013-2014. Type of research in descriptive quantitative analyzed using SPSS 16 statistic program. The result showed that all of discipline, training, and motivation training have positive influence toward performance, when discipline, training and motivation training improved will be followed by an increase in employee performance. The linear regression showed that training has the greatest influence on performance followed by training motivation and discipline. By looking at the result obtained Adjusted R Square value of fourty percent performace variable that affected by the variables of discipline, training and training motivation, the remaining is determined by other factors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, pelatihan, dan motivasi mengikuti pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. LG Innotek Indonesia. Data kuesioner diperoleh melalui survey dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 70 responden sebagai sampel karyawan selama periode 2013- 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitatif yang dianalisa dengan menggunakan program statistik SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin, pelatihan, dan motivasi mengikuti pelatihan memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap kinerja, dimana apabila masing-masing variabel disiplin, variabel pelatihan dan variabel motivasi mengikuti pelatihan ditingkatkan maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan kinerja pada karyawan. Dari persamaan regresi linear juga diketahui bahwa variabel pelatihan memiliki nilai terbesar, diikuti dengan motivasi mengikuti pelatihan dan disiplin. Dengan melihat hasil Adjusted R square di dapat nilai empat puluh persen variabel kinerja yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel disiplin, pelatihan dan motivasi mengikuti pelatihan, sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: disiplin, pelatihan, motivasi mengikuti pelatihan, kinerja, regresi linear.
