Abstract
Turnover memiliki dampak terhadap biaya organisasi yang berkaitan dengan perekrutan dan seleksi, proses staffing dan induksi, serta pelatihan karyawan baru. Selain itu organisasi juga akan kehilangan akan pengetahuan serta kompetensi dari karyawan yang telah meninggalkan organisasi serta pada saat proses staffing karyawan baru juga dapat menyebabkan penurunan efektivitas dan produktivitas dari staf lainnya. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Transformasional serta Kepuasan Gaji, terhadap Turnover Intention serta menganalisis variabel mana yang berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan gaji berpengaruh negative terhadap turnover intention terbukti melalui pengujian yang menghasilkan nilai CR = -0,171. Pada penelitian ini turnover intention selain dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal perusahaan (kepuasaan gaji) juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari luar perusahaan, hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisa bahwa bagian marketing (sebagai dummy) berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Upaya menurunkan turnover dapat dilakukan dengan meninjau lebih lanjut mengenai sistem penggajian yang ada. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Gaji dan Turnover. Turnover has an impact over the organization’s costs relating to recruitment and selection, personnel process and induction, training of new personnel and above all, loss of knowledge gained by the employee while on job. Additionally, it results in understaffing which in turn lead to decreased effectiveness and productivity of the remaining staff. Therefore, it is very important to understand the factors of turnover intention. This study aimed to analyze the effect of variable transactional leadership and transformational leadership as well as salaries satisfaction toward turnover intention and analyze the variables that have an influence on turnover intention. The sample used by 65 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis it is indicated that transactional and transformational leadership styles have no significant effect on turnover intention. Satisfaction salary negative effect on turnover intention is proven through testing that generates value CR = -0.171. In this study, in addition to turnover intention is influenced by internal factors (salary satisfaction) are also influenced by factors outside the company, it is seen from the analysis that the marketing (as a dummy) effect on turnover intention.
