Abstract

In producing great graduates , need to be coupled with a great education system . Quality education system will certainly give birth to great people . Feasibility of a quality education college courses is determined by several aspects that have been validated by an institution known National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN - PT ) . This institution is in charge of assessing a quality assessment program of study through the accreditation forms . In its implementation are still using conventional means . As the growing world of information and technology , computerized assessment system needs to perform in order to facilitate the assessment team in the assessment accreditation forms to enter data into the report . Because of this , the author tries to create a web-based application with php programming language , there are features that add , change , and delete data . Intended to allow the assessment standard accreditation forms section vii to be effective and efficient . Keywords : Accreditation , Education Systems , Assessment Forms , Web-based Applications Dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang hebat, perlu dibarengi dengan sistem pendidikan yang hebat. Sistem pendidikan berkualitas pastinya akan melahirkan orang-orang hebat. Kelayakan kualitas pendidikan sebuah program studi perguruan tinggi ditentukan oleh beberapa aspek yang telah dilegalisasi oleh sebuah lembaga yang dikenal Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi(BAN-PT). Lembaga ini yang bertugas menilai sebuah kualitas program studi melalui penilaian borang akreditasi. Dalam pelaksanaannya masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional. Seiring berkembangnya dunia informasi dan teknologi, dibutuhkan sistem penilaian terkomputerisasi untuk melakukan penilaian guna mempermudah tim penilaian borang dalam memasukkan data ke laporan. Karena hal ini, penulis mencoba membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan bahasa program php, yang terdapat fitur tambah, ubah, dan hapus data. Ditujukan agar penilaian pada borang standar sub bab vii menjadi efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Akreditasi, Sistem Pendidikan, Penilaian Borang, Aplikasi berbasis web
