Abstract
GR8 Communication adalah event organizer yang cukup berpengalaman dalam menangani setiap acara. Didirikan dikota Jakarta pada tahun 2007 Dengan seiring berjalanya waktu banyak orang yang mengikuti event seperti book fair , bahkan menggunakan jasa event organizer untuk menangani acara mereka. Untuk menjaga konsistensi dan menambah kepercayaan klien, pelayanan sistem administrasi diperlukan guna mempermudah proses administrasi dan kemudahan klien dalam mencari informasi mengenai event mudah didapatkan. Klien pun dapat melihat berbagai macam informasi berupa jadwal event maupun melakukan administrasi pendaftaran untuk mengikuti event tersebut yang dapat di akses 24 jam setiap hari. Skripsi ini membahas tentang perancangan sistem administrasi untuk mempermudah pendaftaran, dan pemberian informasi kepada klien. Serta perekrutan sales promosion dan memudahkan penyimpanan data yang berada di GR8 Communication. GR8 Communication is the event organizer who is quite experienced in handling each event. Established in Jakarta in 2007 with over time a lot of people who follow events like book fair, event using the services of event organizer to handle their events. To maintain consistency and increased client trust, service administration system is needed in order to ease the process of administration and ease of client in the search for information about the event is easily obtained. Any client can see various kinds of information in the form of event schedule and registration administration to follow the event which can be accessed 24 hours per day. This thesis discusses the design of administrative system to facilitate the registration and provision of information to clients. As well as the recruitment of sales data storage and eases promosion in GR8 Communication.
