Abstract
Insurance is a risk transfer efforts that may be encountered someone in the future to be borne or suffered by the other party as part of the business of the other party. Parties can be individuals or other agencies. Usually those who can bear the risk of the other party can be done with a two -party agreement or agreements are managed by public agencies or insurance companies. In recent years the insurance industry in Indonesia has improved significantly from year to year. PT Asuransi Adira (Adira ) is a company engaged in general insurance in Indonesia. The company which was established in January 24, 2002 It provides a unique range of products both motor vehicle and not- motor vehicle insurance in accordance with customer needs, and provide added value to customers. PT Asuransi Adira have sharia units ( UUS ) commonly known as Adira Insurance Sharia. Adira Insurance Sharia acceptation process in which an Intermediary filed insurance coverage to the Adira Insurance Sharia through the marketing is done manually by using the email facility. It allows an error in the calculation of premiums and need long time in the process of acceptances. Therefore, it needs to be made a system that can simplify the process of acceptances in Adira Insurance Sharia, in this case the system will be creating a system that is based websites using PHP and MySQL. Asuransi merupakan sebuah upaya memindahkan risiko yang mungkin akan dihadapi seseorang di masa mendatang untuk dipikul atau ditanggung oleh pihak lain sebagai bagian usaha dari pihak lain tersebut. Pihak lain itu bisa perorangan ataupun lembaga. Biasanya pihak yang bisa menanggung risiko pihak lain dapat dilakukan dengan perjanjian dua pihak atau perjanjian publik yang dikelola oleh lembaga atau perusahaan asuransi. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir industri asuransi di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan dari tahun ke tahun. PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika (Adira Insurance) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang asuransi umum di Indonesia. Perusahaan yang didirikan pada tahun 24 Januari 2002 tersebut menyediakan ragam produk yang unik baik asuransi kendaraan bermotor maupun asuransi non kendaraan bermotor yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, serta memberikan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan. PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika memiliki unit usaha syariah (UUS) yang biasa dikenal dengan Adira Insurance Sharia. Proses akseptasi di Adira Insurance Sharia dimana suatu Intermediary mengajukan penutupan asuransi kepada Adira Insurance Sharia melalui bagian marketing dilakukan secara manual dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas email. Hal tersebut memungkinkan adanya kesalahan dalam perhitungan besaran premi dan membutukan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses akseptasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatkan sebuah sistem yang bisa mempermudah proses akseptasi di Adira Insurance Sharia, dalam hal ini sistem yang akan dibuatkan sistem yang berbasis website menggunakan PHP dan MySQL.
