Abstract

PT. Abadi merupakan perusahaan IT yang menyediakan layanan pengembangan aplikasi yang mendukung kebutuhan perusahaan dan pribadi. Dalam menjalankan proses usaha perusahaan seringkali ditemukan masalah-masalah pada system. Namun penanganan masalah yang saat ini terjadi pada PT. Abadi masih kurang baik, karena proses pencatatan masalah yang masih manual dan sederhana sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan tidak cepat teratasi, dan prosesnya tidak terkontrol. Semua pencatatan laporan bulanan serta perhitungan masalah masih dilakukan manual. Hal ini dapat memberikan dampak negatif, yakni : terdapat masalah yang dicatat berulang, perhitungan masalah tidak akurat. Dan juga belum adanya system yang mampu mengukur tingkat masalah dalam menangani permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. Abadi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem manajemen bug yang terintegrasi dengan baik dan cepat guna sehingga pengaksesan data pada manajemen bug dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan cepat guna pengukuran tingkat masalah, serta permasalahan dapat tertangani dengan baik dalam cakupan batasan masalah yang menghasilkan solusi tepat untuk mengukur sumber daya yang ada. Metode penelitian yang penulis lakukan antara lain metode pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka, studi lapangan dengan wawancara. Sedangkan metode pengembangan aplikasi ini dengan mengunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Tahapan yang dilakukan ada dengan menggunakan model waterfall yaitu Tahap Rekayasa Sistem, Analalis Kebutuhan Perangkat Lunak, Desain, Pengkodean, Pengujian, dan Pemeliharaan. Tools yang digunakan adalah XAMPP sebagai web server, PHP sebagai bahasa pemograman dan MySQL sebagai database. PT. Abadi is an IT company that provides application development services that support the needs of corporate and personal. In running the company's business processes are often found problems in the system . However, handling problems that currently occur in the PT. Eternal is still not good, because the process is still manual recording problems and simple that affect the performance of the company is not quickly resolved , and the process is not controlled. All recording monthly reports as well as the calculation of the problem is still done manually. This can have a negative impact, there are problems noted repeatedly, the problem is not an accurate calculation . And also lack system capable of measuring the level of problems in dealing with the problems that occur in the PT. Abadi. Therefore we need a manajemen bug system which integrates well and quickly in order so that accessing data on the manajemen bug can be done easily and quickly in order to measure the level of the problem , and the problem can be handled properly within the scope of the problem constraints that produce the right solution for measuring resource there . Methods of research by the author , among others, the method of data collection in the form of literature , field studies with interviews. While this method of application development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Steps being taken there by using the waterfall model , namely Phase Systems Engineering, Analalis Software Requirements , Design , Coding , Testing , and Maintenance . Tools used are XAMPP as a web server , PHP as the programming language and MySQL as database.
