Abstract
This study aims to determine the best vendor for Hydraulic Seal DHS-35 procurement at PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper to support a more systematic and objective vendor selection process. The criteria include price, quality, and delivery timeliness. The study involved five Hydraulic Seal DHS-35 Suppliers during 2025, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert questionnaires, and company purchasing documentation. The analysis applied a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach by integrating the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP was used to determine the priority weights of each criterion through pairwise comparisons, while TOPSIS ranked vendors based on their preference values. The results showed that Vendor 5 achieved the highest preference value of 0.6315, followed by Vendor 3 (0.5038), Vendor 4 (0.3167), Vendor 1 (0.2530), and Vendor 2 (0.2081). Therefore, the AHPTOPSIS integration can support the company in selecting the best vendor systematically, objectively, and measurably. Keywords: Vendor Selection, AHP, TOPSIS, MCDM, Supply Chain Management Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan vendor terbaik dalam pengadaan Hydraulic Seal DHS-35 di PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper untuk mendukung proses pemilihan vendor yang lebih sistematis dan objektif. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi harga, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Penelitian melibatkan lima vendor pemasok Hydraulic Seal DHS-35 selama tahun 2025 yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner kepada responden ahli, dan dokumentasi pembelian perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) dengan mengintegrasikan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas setiap kriteria berdasarkan perbandingan berpasangan, sedangkan TOPSIS digunakan untuk menentukan peringkat vendor berdasarkan nilai preferensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Vendor 5 memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,6315, diikuti Vendor 3 sebesar 0,5038, Vendor 4 sebesar 0,3167, Vendor 1 sebesar 0,2530, dan Vendor 2 sebesar 0,2081. Dengan demikian, integrasi AHP-TOPSIS dapat membantu perusahaan menentukan vendor terbaik secara sistematis, objektif, dan terukur.
