Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Teacher Welfare, and WorkLife Balance on the Performance of Teachers at SMK Tunas Harapan. This research is a quantitative study using both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the selected sample, namely teachers of SMK Tunas Harapan. Meanwhile, the secondary data obtained from the school included data on the number of teachers and teacher attendance records at SMK Tunas Harapan. The population in this study consisted of permanent teachers at SMK Tunas Harapan. The sample used in this study consisted of 37 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data analysis method in this study employed descriptive analysis of respondents using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software, as well as hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4.0. The research results indicate that the workload variable has a positive effect on teacher performance, teacher well-being has no effect, and worklife balance affects teacher performance. Keywords: Workload, Teacher Welfare, Work Life Balance, Perfomance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kesejahteraan Guru dan Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja pada Guru SMK Tunas Harapan, Jenis Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data Primer dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada sampel yang telah ditentukan yaitu Guru SMK Tunas Harapan. Sedangkan Data Sekunder yang peneliti dapat dari pihak sekolah adalah data jumlah guru dan data absensi guru SMK Tunas Harapan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Guru Tetap SMK Tunas Harapan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif responden dengan bantuan software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS), serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru, Kesejahteraan Guru Tidak Berpengaruh dan Work Life Balance Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Guru Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Kesejehteraan Guru, Work Life Balance, Kinerja
