Abstract
The selection of the last mile warehouse location is a strategic decision that affects distribution efficiency, operational costs, and service quality of logistics companies. Logistics companies in Jakarta face the need for warehouse relocation due to warehouse overload, the expiration of lease contracts, and increasing rental costs. This study aims to determine the best last mile warehouse location using the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach through the integration of the Best Worst Method (BWM) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The study uses a mixed method approach with primary data obtained through interviews with Hub Leaders and questionnaires to three respondents consisting of Hub Leaders, Team leaderers, and Operational Staff. The criteria used include financial, facilities, accessibility, and legality with eight sub criteria. The BWM method is used to determine the criteria weights, while TOPSIS is used to evaluate and rank alternative warehouse locations. The results of the BWM weighting show that financial criteria have the highest weight of 0.692, followed by facilities at 0.135, legality at 0.118, and accessibility at 0.055. The Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.0562 indicates that the respondents' assessment results are consistent. The ranking results using TOPSIS show that Warehouse C is the best alternative with a preference value of 0.834, followed by Warehouse A at 0.145 and Warehouse B at 0.115. The results of the study indicate that the integration of the BWM and TOPSIS methods is able to produce objective, systematic, and consistent decisions in selecting last mile warehouse locations and provide optimal location recommendations for companies. Pemilihan lokasi gudang last mile merupakan keputusan strategis yang memengaruhi efisiensi distribusi, biaya operasional, dan kualitas layanan perusahaan logistik. Perusahaan logistik di Jakarta menghadapi kebutuhan relokasi gudang akibat kondisi gudang yang overload, berakhirnya kontrak sewa, dan peningkatan biaya sewa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan lokasi gudang last mile terbaik menggunakan pendekatan Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) melalui integrasi metode Best Worst Method (BWM) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada Hub Leader dan kuesioner kepada tiga responden yang terdiri dari Hub Leader, Team leaderer, dan Staff Operasional. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi finansial, fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan legalitas dengan delapan sub kriteria. Metode BWM digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria, sedangkan TOPSIS digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan memeringkat alternatif lokasi gudang. Hasil pembobotan BWM menunjukkan bahwa kriteria finansial memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,692, diikuti fasilitas sebesar 0,135, legalitas sebesar 0,118, dan aksesibilitas sebesar 0,055. Nilai Consistency Ratio (CR) sebesar 0,0562 menunjukkan bahwa hasil penilaian responden telah konsisten. Hasil pemeringkatan menggunakan TOPSIS menunjukkan bahwa Gudang C merupakan alternatif terbaik dengan nilai preferensi 0,834, diikuti Gudang A sebesar 0,145 dan Gudang B sebesar 0,115. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi metode BWM dan TOPSIS mampu menghasilkan keputusan yang objektif, sistematis, dan konsisten dalam pemilihan lokasi gudang last mile serta memberikan rekomendasi lokasi yang optimal bagi perusahaan.
