Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of using granite waste (LG) as a substitute for coarse aggregate and coconut fiber ash waste (ASK) as a substitute for cement with the addition of Sikacim (SC) additives on the compressive strength and workability of concrete. This research method was carried out experimentally with variations of Normal Concrete (BN) mixtures, LG 10% ASK 10% + SC 0.8%; 1.0%; 1.2% and LG 12% ASK 10% + SC 0.8%; 1.0%; 1.2%, with cylindrical test specimens with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm, with a concrete design quality f'c of 30 MPa. Normal concrete has the highest compressive strength of 39.32 MPa, based on the results of the 28-day test, while the results of the compressive strength of the variation concrete ranged from 35.39 to 35.74 MPa, all of which met the design compressive strength. For slump testing, there is an increase in concrete workability results with increasing levels of each variation of granite waste and Sikacim, with the results of slump values from 10.5 cm in normal concrete to 11 to 13.5 cm in variation concrete. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the addition of granite waste and coconut fiber ash with the addition of Sikacim increases the workability value of concrete, for the compressive strength results decrease compared to normal concrete but are within the planned quality limits. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengunaan limbah granit (LG) sebagai subtitusi agregat kasar dan limbah abu serabut kelapa (ASK) sebagai subtitusi semen dengan penambahan aditif Sikacim (SC) terhadap kuat tekan dan workability beton. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan variasi campuran Beton Normal (BN), LG 10% ASK 10% + SC 0,8%; 1,0%; 1,2% serta LG 12% ASK 10% + SC 0,8%; 1,0%; 1,2%, dengan benda uji silinder berdiameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm, dengan mutu rencana beton f'c sebesar 30 MPa. Beton normal memiliki kuat tekan tertinggi sebesar 39,32 MPa, berdasarkan hasil uji 28 hari,sedangkan untuk hasil kuat tekan beton variasi berkisaran antara 35,39 hingga 35,74 Mpa, yang semuanya memenuhi kuat tekan rencana. Untuk pengujian slump memiliki peningkatan hasil kelecekan beton dengan bertambahnnya jumlah kadar pada setiap variasi limbah granit dan Sikacim, dengan hasil nilai slump dari 10,5 cm pada beton normal menjadi 11 sampai 13,5 cm pada beton variasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang sudah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan limbah granit dan abu serabut kelapa dengan ditambahkan sikacim meningkatkan nilai workability beton, untuk hasil kuat tekan menurun dibandingkan beton normal namun berada dalam batas mutu yg direncanakan.
