Abstract
Investasi saat ini menjadi salah satu isu yang ramai diperbincangkan, khususnya di kalangan generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana literasi keuangan, tingkat pengembalian, dan persepsi risiko memengaruhi keputusan investasi pada pasar modal di kalangan Gen Z di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian menggunakan desain kausal dengan sampel penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 100 responden melalui perhitungan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) Literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pemahaman finansial seseorang, semakin tinggi kecenderungannya untuk berinvestasi. (2) Tingkat pengembalian juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, menegaskan bahwa potensi keuntungan menjadi faktor pendorong utama bagi Gen Z dalam mengambil keputusan. (3) Persepsi risiko menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, yang berarti bahwa semakin besar kesadaran akan risiko, semakin tinggi pula rasa percaya diri investor dalam menetapkan pilihan investasinya. Investment is currently a hotly discussed issue, especially among Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the extent to which financial literacy, rates of return, and risk perception influence investment decisions in the capital market among Gen Z in Sukabumi City. The study used a causal design with a research sample was determined at 100 respondents through the Slovin formula calculation. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that: (1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, indicating that the better a person's financial understanding, the higher their tendency to invest. (2) The rate of return also proved to have a positive and significant influence, confirming that potential profits are the main driving factor for Gen Z in making decisions. (3) Risk perception shows a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, which means that the greater the awareness of risk, the higher the investor's confidence in determining their investment choices.
