Abstract

Sustainability issues and the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles have become a major concern in the modern banking sector to ensure stable long-term performance. Amidst industrial competition and the digitalization of financial services, banks are required to not only pursue profitability, but also maintain a balance between employee welfare and environmental sustainability. In the context of sustainable performance, green organizational culture, green transformational leadership, and perceived organizational support are important factors that influence sustainable employee performance, with artificial intelligence adaptation acting as a mediating variable. This study aims to analyze the effect of green organizational culture, green transformational leadership, and perceived organizational support on sustainable employee performance among employees of PT Bank BRI Pluit Branch with artificial intelligence adaptation as a mediating variable from a sustainable business perspective. The population in this study were 145 employees of PT Bank BRI Pluit Branch spread across various work units, with a sample of 119 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the variant-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that green organizational culture, green transformational leadership, and perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on sustainable employee performance. The results of the mediation test indicate that artificial intelligence adaptation is unable to mediate the influence of leadership and organizational support on sustainable performance. This finding indicates that even though AI technology has been adopted, its effectiveness in improving performance still depends heavily on human resource readiness and work culture integration. Based on these research results, it is recommended that the management of PT Bank BRI Pluit Branch improve digital literacy and align workloads with organizational support to maintain consistent employee performance. Keywords : Green Organizational Culture, Green Transformasional Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support ,Sustainable Employee Performance and Artificial Intellegince Adaption Isu keberlanjutan dan implementasi prinsip Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) telah menjadi perhatian utama dalam sektor perbankan modern guna memastikan kinerja jangka panjang yang stabil. Di tengah kompetisi industri dan digitalisasi layanan keuangan, perbankan dituntut untuk tidak hanya mengejar profitabilitas, tetapi juga menjaga keseimbangan antara kesejahteraan karyawan dan kelestarian lingkungan. Dalam konteks kinerja berkelanjutan, green organizational culture, green transformational leadership, dan perceived organizational support menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi sustainable employee performance, dengan artificial intelligence adaption berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green organizational culture, green transformational leadership, dan perceived organizational support terhadap sustainable employee performance pada karyawan PT Bank BRI Cabang Pluit dengan artificial intelligence adaption sebagai variabel mediasi dalam perspektif bisnis berkelanjutan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank BRI Cabang Pluit yang tersebar di berbagai unit kerja sebanyak 145, dengan pemgambilan sampel sebanyak 119 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis varian menggunakan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green organizational culture, green transformational leadership, dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainable employee performance. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa artificial intelligence adaption tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun teknologi AI telah diadopsi, efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kinerja masih sangat bergantung pada kesiapan sumber daya manusia dan integrasi budaya kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan agar manajemen PT Bank BRI Cabang Pluit meningkatkan literasi digital serta menyelaraskan beban kerja dengan dukungan organisasi guna mempertahankan konsistensi performa karyawan.
