Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Marketing, Product Quality, and Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Kentucky Fried Chicken in DKI Jakarta. The research design used is the causal method. In this study, the scale used is the Likert scale. In this study, the population is Kentucky Fried Chicken customers in DKI Jakarta who have a purchasing decision for Kentucky Fried Chicken products. The sampling method in this study used 145 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used the Non-probability sampling technique. The data collection method used a survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 software. In this study, it is proven that Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Product Quality, Service, Purchase Decision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Digital Marketing, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Kentucky Fried Chicken Di DKI Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausal. Dalam penelitian ini skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pelanggan Kentucky Fried Chicken Di DKI Jakarta yang memiliki keputusan pembelian terhadap produk Kentucky Fried Chicken. Metode penggambilan Sampel pada penelitian ini yang digunakan sebanyak 145 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Non probability sampling. Pada Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. Dalam Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Digital Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan, Keputusan Pembelian
