Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta Bidang Perkeretaapian. Populasi yang diteliti melibatkan seluruh Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta Bidang Perkeretaapian yang berjumlah 32 orang, menggunakan Sampel Jenuh, Data ini dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, Data ini akan di olah menggunakan media Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen—Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja—berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa peningkatan kinerja dapat dicapai melalui penguatan Kompensasi, penyeimbangan Motivasi, serta penciptaan Lingkungan kerja yang lebih kondusif. This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation, and the work environment on the performance of employees in the Jakarta Transportation Agency's railway sector. The study population included all 32 employees of the Jakarta Transportation Agency's railway sector, using a saturated sample. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire as the research instrument. This data was processed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). The results indicate that all three independent variables—compensation, motivation, and the work environment—have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This finding implies that performance improvements can be achieved through strengthening compensation, balancing motivation, and creating a more conducive work environment.
