Abstract

Riset berikut bertujuan menginvestigasi sekaligus menjabarkan efek Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, beserta Trust menuju Intention to Use platform dompet digital DANA. Target observasi membidik tiap pemakai fasilitas DANA seputar DKI Jakarta. Seratus enam puluh orang berpartisipasi mewakili subjek terkait, dipilih berdasar metode non-probability sampling. Proses penghimpunan keterangan dieksekusi via penyebaran angket tertulis. Kumpulan informasi kemudian dikalkulasi mengandalkan Partial Least Square (PLS) demi mengevaluasi korelasi berbagai komponen kerangka akademis. Temuan memvalidasi eksistensi imbas searah nan krusial dari Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, maupun Trust menunjang Intention to Use. Perceived Usefulness tampil memegang peranan paling dominan, merepresentasikan esensi faedah fungsional selaku pendorong primer tumbuhnya hasrat mengoperasikan sistem DANA. This research aims to investigate and elaborate on the impacts of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, along with Trust regarding the Intention to Use the digital wallet platform DANA. The target demographic encompasses every consumer operating this specific financial software within DKI Jakarta. A cohort comprising 160 individuals was selected via a non-probability sampling approach to represent the subjects. Information gathering was executed by distributing written inquiry forms. The accumulated figures were subsequently evaluated through Partial Least Square (PLS) to assess the correlations among the theoretical framework's components. Outcomes validate a crucial, direct consequence emerging from Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, as well as Trust towards driving the Intention to Use. Perceived Usefulness emerged as the most dominant determinant, signifying that pragmatic advantages serve as the fundamental catalyst in triggering the desire to operate the DANA system.
