Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan kinerja karyawan di PT. Winner Makmur Raya selama tiga tahun terakhir. Melalui observasi awal dan hasil prasurvei, ditemukan permasalahan utama yang berkaitan dengan rendahnya motivasi kerja, tingginya beban kerja, dan kurangnya dukungan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 38 karyawan tetap. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen—motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja—berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa peningkatan kinerja dapat dicapai melalui penguatan motivasi, penyeimbangan beban kerja, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang lebih kondusif. This study is motivated by the decline in employee performance at PT. Winner Makmur Raya over the past three years. Initial observations and a preliminary survey revealed key issues related to low work motivation, high workload, and insufficient workplace support. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation, workload, and work environment on employee performance. A quantitative associative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 38 permanent employees. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that all three independent variables—work motivation, workload, and work environment—have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings imply that performance improvement can be achieved through enhanced motivation, balanced workload distribution, and the creation of a more supportive work environment.
