Abstract
Advances in digital technology encourage companies to implement information systems to facilitate operational activities. The Internal Operational WebApps system at PT iMin Technology Jakarta was developed to facilitate work processes such as data product management, searching for product information, and creating operational reports. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of system feasibility from the user's perspective and to assess the level of system suitability in meeting the company's operational needs. This research method uses a mixed methods approach by implementing the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and a Likert scale as an instrument to measure user perception assessments. Data were obtained from 18 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique through a closed questionnaire. Furthermore, the questionnaire results were analyzed using descriptive statistics to calculate the average score for each variable such as system functionality, user interface and ease of use, performance and access speed, system effectiveness, and user satisfaction. The results showed that the system obtained an overall feasibility score of 83.72% which falls into the Very Feasible category, while the performance and access speed variables received the lowest score of 78.8% but are still in the Feasible category. Thus, the WebApps system has been declared to meet user acceptance criteria and is suitable for use in supporting the operations of PT iMin Technology Jakarta. The primary recommendation is to improve system performance and speed. Keywords: Information System Evaluation, User Acceptance Test (UAT), Operational WebApps, User Satisfaction. Kemajuan teknologi digital mendorong perusahaan untuk menerapkan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Sistem WebApps Operasional Internal pada PT iMin Technology Jakarta dikembangkan untuk memudahkan proses kerja seperti pengelolaan data, mencari informasi barang, serta membuat laporan operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kelayakan sistem dari sudut pandang pengguna serta untuk menilai tingkat kesesuaian sistem dalam memenuhi kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) dengan menerapkan metode User Acceptance Test (UAT) serta skala Likert untuk instrumen untuk mengukur penilaian persepsi pengguna. Data didapatkan dari 18 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling melalui kuesioner tertutup. Selanjutnya, hasil kuesioner dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif untuk menghitung skor rata-rata tiap variabel seperti fungsionalitas sistem, antarmuka pengguna dan kemudahan penggunaan, kinerja dan kecepatan akses, efektivitas sistem, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa sistem memperoleh skor kelayakan keseluruhan sebesar 83,72% yang masuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak, sementara variabel kinerja dan kecepatan akses mendapat skor terendah sebesar 78,8% namun masih dalam kategori Layak. Dengan begitu, sistem WebApps dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria penerimaan pengguna dan layak digunakan untuk mendukung operasional PT iMin Technology Jakarta dengan rekomendasi utama berupa peningkatan pada aspek performa dan kecepatan sistem.
