Abstract
Mental health problems have become a serious issue in the digital era, especially for adolescents and young adults who are vulnerable to social and psychological pressures. The lack of access to counseling services that are fast, safe, and comfortable encourages the need to develop digital platforms that are able to answer these needs. This research aims to design a mental health consultation website called CurhatKuy with a User Centered Design (UCD) approach, which is a method that emphasizes the needs and comfort of users at every stage of design. One of the main focuses in this design is the integration of the chatbot feature, which is designed as an initial channel for online mental consultation. The survey results show that the majority of respondents consider chatbot as an important and necessary feature in online mental counseling services because it is considered capable of providing comfort, confidentiality, and ease of initial access before meeting directly with a psychologist. This research proves that the User Centered Design approach is effective in producing website designs that meet user needs, and shows that chatbot integration has a strategic role in increasing the accessibility of mental health services. Permasalahan kesehatan mental menjadi salah satu isu serius di era digital, khususnya bagi kalangan remaja dan dewasa muda yang rentan terhadap tekanan sosial dan psikologis. Minimnya akses terhadap layanan konseling yang cepat, aman, dan nyaman mendorong perlunya pengembangan platform digital yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah website konsultasi kesehatan mental bernama CurhatKuy dengan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD), yaitu metode yang menekankan pada kebutuhan dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam setiap tahap perancangan. Salah satu fokus utama dalam perancangan ini adalah integrasi fitur chatbot, yang dirancang sebagai kanal awal konsultasi mental secara daring.Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden menganggap chatbot sebagai fitur penting dan dibutuhkan dalam layanan konsultasi mental online karena dinilai mampu memberikan kenyamanan, kerahasiaan, dan kemudahan akses awal sebelum bertemu langsung dengan psikolog. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan User Centered Design efektif dalam menghasilkan rancangan website yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, serta menunjukkan bahwa integrasi chatbot memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan mental.
