Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Facilitating Conditions, Attitudes, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Subjective Norms on Recycling Intentions among Leminerale consumers in Greater Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The respondents in this study are consumers of Leminerale products residing in the Jabodetabek area. The number of respondents was determined to be 184 individuals, based on calculations using Hair's formula. The sampling technique used is non-probability, with purposive sampling as the selection method. The data collected were primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires using the Likert scale as a measuring tool. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and processed using SmartPLS version 4.0 software. Based on the research results, it was found that Attitude has a significant effect with a T-statistic of 2.388 on Recycling Intention. Meanwhile, Perceived Behavioral Control has no significant effect with a T-statistic of 1.004 on Recycling Intention. Furthermore, Subjective Norm was found to have a significant effect on Recycling Intention with a T-statistic of 2.397, and Facilitating Conditions had a significant effect with a Tstatistic of 3.016 on Recycling Intentions on the public's intention to recycle at the Le Minerale recycling point. Keywords: Theory Of Planned Behavioral, Facilitating Condition, Recycle Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Facilitating Condition, Attitude, Perceived Behavioral Control dan Subjective Norm terhadap Recycling Intention pada konsumen Leminerale di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Leminerale yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek. Jumlah responden ditentukan sebanyak 184 orang, berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Hair. Teknik sampling yang digunakan bersifat non-probability, dengan metode purposive sampling sebagai desain pemilihannya. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert sebagai alat ukur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Attitude berpengaruh Signifikan dengan T statistic sebesar 2,388 terhadap Recycling Intention Sementara itu, Perceived Behavioral Control berpengaruh tidak Signifikan dengan T statistic sebesar 1,004 terhadap Recycling Intention. seterusnya, Subjective Norm terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Recycling Intention dengan T statistic sebesar 2,397 dan Facilitating Condition berpengaruh Signifikan dengan T statistic sebesar 3,016 terhadap Recycling Intention terhadap intensi masyarakat untuk mendaur ulang di recycle point Le Minerale.
