Abstract
The advancement of information technology, particularly in web and mobile application development, has significantly improved work efficiency across various sectors. One such improvement is the transition from manual to digital recording of mechanic work activities. This study aims to develop a Mechanic Activity Report (MAR) system based on web and mobile platforms using the Laravel and Flutter frameworks, integrated with the Sequential Search algorithm to facilitate efficient data retrieval and performance analysis. The development follows the waterfall methodology, covering stages from requirement analysis, system design, implementation, to black-box testing. The resulting system enables mechanics to record their daily activities in real time, while supervisors and managers can monitor technician performance based on total working hours. The Sequential Search algorithm is utilized to quickly identify technicians with the highest and lowest work hours. This system positively impacts the efficiency of reporting, data accuracy, and realtime data-driven decision-making. It is expected to serve as an effective digital solution for managing technician activities within the company. Keywords: Mechanic Activity Report, Laravel, Flutter, Sequential Search, MVC Perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya di bidang web dan aplikasi mobile, telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap efisiensi kerja di berbagai sektor. Salah satunya adalah pencatatan aktivitas kerja mekanik yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem Mechanic Activity Report (MAR) berbasis website dan mobile menggunakan framework Laravel dan Flutter, dengan integrasi algoritma Sequential Search untuk mempermudah pencarian dan analisis data kerja mekanik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan waterfall, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, hingga pengujian dengan metode blackbox. Hasil sistem memungkinkan mekanik untuk mencatat aktivitas harian secara real-time, serta memudahkan supervisor dan manajer dalam memantau kinerja teknisi berdasarkan jumlah jam kerja. Algoritma Sequential Search digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi teknisi dengan performa tertinggi dan terendah secara cepat. Penerapan sistem ini memberikan dampak positif dalam efisiensi pencatatan, akurasi data, serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis data secara langsung. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi digital yang efektif dalam manajemen aktivitas teknisi di lingkungan perusahaan. Kata kunci: Mechanic Activity Report, Laravel, Flutter, Sequential Search, MVC.
