Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the Effect of Green Ethical Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable - (A Study of Employees at PT Jasa Armada Indonesia). This assessment was conducted on 82 permanent employees of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and data processing using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The output of this case study explains that Green Ethical Leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCBE, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCBE, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCBE, Green Ethical Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Green Ethical Leadership has an indirect effect on OCBE through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable, and Organizational Commitment has an indirect effect on OCBE through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan Pengaruh Green Ethical Leadership dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening - (Studi pada Karyawan di PT Jasa Armada Indonesia). Pengkajian ini dilakukan terhadap 82 karyawan tetap PT Jasa Armada Indonesia dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengelohan data menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Output pada studi kasus ini menerangkan bahwa Green Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCBE, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCBE, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCBE, Green Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Green Ethical Leadership berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap OCBE melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap OCBE melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening.
