Abstract

Title: Effective High Analysis of Shear Wall on Double Systems Construction of Reinforced Concrete Buildings with Large Floors on Soft Land in Jakarta Location Case Study Square Plan, Name: Saeful Amri, Nim: 41116120202, Supervisor: Ir. Zainal Abidin Shahab, MT, 2018. Shear Wall (shear wall) is a structural element in the form of concrete walls which serves to resist lateral forces. With the shear wall, it is expected that most of the energy from the lateral force regarding the building can be absorbed. Thus the shear wall has an important role in stabilizing and strengthening the overall building structure. So it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of the effective height of the shear wall so that there will be no additional lateral force on the upper floor of the building. In this analysis, a case study of a dual system square plan with floor heights ranging from 2,4,6,8, and so on up to 20 floors with a 4m height is used. With a total building length of 40m and a distance between columns of 8m. The results of the analysis from case studies ranging from 14-storey models to 20 floors are high effective one-story shear wall below the building's height, so that the relatively high shear wall is between 0.92 - 0.95 building height, which is obtained with a thickness of 40 cm shearwal. With this effective altitude 3D analysis bigger than pauley's and prestly analyzed with 2D. Key words: Shear Wall , Dual System , absorption capacity , high effective, Earthquake. Judul : Analisis Tinggi Efektif Shear Wall Pada Sistem Ganda Pembangunan Gedung Beton Bertulang Berlantai Banyak Pada Tanah Lunak Lokasi Jakarta Studi Kasus Denah Persegi, Nama : Saeful Amri, Nim : 41116120202, Dosen Pembimbing : Ir. Zainal Abidin Shahab, MT, 2018. Shear Wall (dinding geser) merupakan elemen struktur berbentuk dinding beton betulang yang berfungsi untuk menahan gaya lateral. Dengan adanya shear wall diharapkan sebagaian besar energi dari gaya lateral yang mengenai gedung tersebut dapat diserap. Dengan demikian shear wall mempunyai peranan penting dalam memperstabil dan memperkaku struktur gedung secara keseluruhan. Maka perlu dilakukan kajian lebih mendalam mengenai tinggi shear wall efektif agar tidak terjadi penambahan gaya lateral pada lantai atas gedung. Pada analisis ini dipakai studi kasus denah persegi sistem ganda dengan ketinggian lantai mulai 2,4,6,8, dan seterusnya sampai 20 lantai dengan tinggi perlantainya 4m. Dengan panjang gedung total 40m dan jarak antar kolom 8m. Hasil analisis dari studi kasus mulai dari model 14 lantai sampai 20 lantai tinggi efektif shear wall satu lantai di bawah tinggi gedung, sehingga relatif tinggi shear wall antara 0,92 - 0,95 tinggi gedung, yang didapat dengan ketebalan shearwal 40 cm. Dengan analisis 3D ketinggian efektif ini lebih besar dari yang didapat pauley dan prestly yang menganalisis dengan 2D. Kata Kunci : Shear Wall, Dua Sistem, Daya Serap, Tinggi Efektif, Gempa.
