Abstract
Title: Effectiveness of Shaerwall Height Kino Tower And Analysis Pushover Building, NIM: 41113110107, Supervisor: Ir. Zainal Abadin Shahab, MT. 2018 One of the influential factors in the structure of the building is the structural strength of the building, where it is related to the security and durability of buildings in holding or receiving loads that work on the structure. In structures especially the structure of reinforced concrete buildings commonly used in Indonesia, must be designed taking into account earthquake to the structure so that the building can be used comfortably and safely. Pushover analysis on the building structure is a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional linear and nonlinear static analysis method, where the effect of earthquake plans on the building structure is considered as static loads that capture at the center of mass of each floor, whose value is increased gradually until it exceeds the loading cause the first melting (plastic joint) in the structure of the building. Analysis is carried out on the structure of the building. In this study two re-analyzes of the existing 23-story structure were carried out, namely by shearwall height analysis and pushover analysis. Where in the height analysis shearwall aims to determine the effectiveness of the existence of shear walls in order to get a safer and more efficient structure. After that, continued with the pushover analysis to find out the performance of the building. Zainal Abadin Shahab, MT. 2018 Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh dalam struktur bangunan adalah kekuatan strukturbangunan, dimana hal ini terkait dengan keamanan dan ketahanan bangunan dalam menahan atau menerima beban yang bekerja pada struktur.Pada struktur khususnya struktur bangunan gedung beton bertulang yang umum digunakan di Indonesia, harus didesain dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh gempa terhadap struktur sehingga bangunan dapat digunakan dengan nyaman dan aman. Analisis pushover pada struktur gedung adalah suatu cara analisis statik 2 dimensi atau 3 dimensi linier dan nonlinier, dimana pengaruhgempa rencana terhadap struktur gedung dianggap sebagai beban-beban static yang menangkap pada pusat massa masing-masing lantai, yang nilainya ditingkatkan secara berangsurangsur sampai melampaui pembebanan yang menyebabkan terjadinya pelelehan(sendi plastis) pertama di dalam struktur gedung.Analisis dilakukan pada struktur atas bangunan.Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dua analisis ulang terhadap struktur eksisting 23 lantai, yaitu dengan analisis ketinggian shearwall dan analisis pushover. Dimana pada analisis ketinggian shearwall bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas keberadaan dinding geser agar dapat mendapatkan struktur yang lebih aman dan efisien. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan analisis pushoveruntuk mengetahui kinerja bangunan tersebut. Hal yang akan dievaluasi adalah perpindahan ultimit pada struktur gedung dan membatasi kinerja struktur gedung dalam kondisi Life Safety (LS) Kata-kata kunci : Pushover, Efektifitas Shearwall
