Abstract

Penjaringan Subdistrict is one of the Districts in the North Jakarta Administrative City area, which was formed based on Government Regulation Number 25 of 1978 concerning CityDistrict Government in DKI Jakarta. By responding to Governor Regulation Number 33 of 2020 stipulating the implementation of large-scale social restrictions in handling the 2019 corona virus disease (Covid-19) in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta province because Penjaringan District is an area that has a high population density and there are still many people traveling and doing activities. outside the house. This study aims to analyze, models and factors that influence mode choice on the impact of Covid- 19 in the Penjaringan District - North Jakarta. The sample taken in this study were 125 respondents. The results of data analysis conclude that overall online transportation is considered the most dominant vehicle, because overall this online transportation mode has the highest value compared to public transportation. Given the Covid-19 virus outbreak, people prefer online transportation as a mode of transportation on the grounds that speed and health factors are concerned. Keywords: Mode of Transportation, Analysi Kecamatan Penjaringan adalah salah satu Kecamatan di wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara, yang dibentuk berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 25 Tahun 1978 tentang Pemerintahan Wilayah Kota Kecamatan di DKI Jakarta. Dengan menyikapi Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 33 Tahun 2020 menetapkan pelaksanaan pembatasan social bersekala besar dalam penanganan corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) di propinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta karena Kecamatan Penjaringan merupakan wilayah yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi dan masih banyak masyarakat yang bepergian dan beraktifitas di luar rumah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, model dan faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan moda pada dampak Covid-19 di wilayah Kecamatan Penjaringan – Jakarta Utara. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 responden. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan transportasi online dinilai sebagain kendaraan yang paling dominan, karena secara keseluruhan moda transportasi online ini memiliki nilai paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan transportasi umum. Mengingat dengan adanya wabah virus Covid-19 masyarakat lebih memilih transportasi online sebagai moda transportasi dengan alasan mementingkan kecepatan dan faktor kesehatan.
