Abstract

CV PJS Computer store has some short comings in supporting the process of selling goods. Sales are currently done only a consumer comes to choose the goods and pay, also booking transactions done via whatapp and instagram. With only rely on the system sales of mobile media, it is still not in multiplying the level of sales of goods, while using the sale items using the online system, customers can make a sale of goods without any limitation of time and space constraints. So the pressing problems of the difficulty of the customers who have high mobility to buy the product. with a capital of internet service then the customer can transaction anytime. In addition, by selling goods online using the existing data is structured and computerized. Make it easy in the data member, and transaction reports. Keywords: ordering good, design website, marketing,selling CV PJS Computer mempunyai beberapa kekurangan dalam rangka menunjang proses penjualan barang karena masih menggunakan sistem pelayanan secara manual, penjualan yang saat ini dilakukan hanya sebatas konsumen datang memilih barang dan membayar. Karena terbatasnya promosi yang dilakukan serta kurang efisiennya proses penjualan, maka omzet yang didapat kurang maksimal. Dengan penerapan sistem e-commerce dalam penjualan produk, customer dapat melakukan transaksi penjualan barang tanpa adanya batasan waktu dan batasan tempat. Sehingga menekan permasalahan sulitnya pihak customer yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi untuk membeli barang. Hanya dengan bermodal layanan internet maka customer dapat melakukan transaksi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Selain itu, dengan menggunakan sistem penjualan barang secara online maka data-data yang ada dibuat secara terstruktur dan terkomputerisasi. Hal tersebut memudahkan pengelola dalam mendata penggunjung, maupun membuat laporan-laporan transaksi. Kata Kunci: pemesanan barang, desain website, pemasaran, penjualan
