Abstract
As the development of digital and communications technology around the world, various personal and community telecommunications facilities continue to innovate and transform from conventional to online. The existence of a system that is very important to do. Along with the increasing demand for goods is increasingly large, directly proportional to the number of customers who are more and more extensive. But in the process, problems and difficulties in the field always exist. One of them is still using paper and the procedure is still manual, as it happens between some parts. And for the people who have the authority do not always have office. Application to be designed is inventory processing application PT Arthatelekomindo using web by utilizing Linear Searching algorithm as input media. For the copyright system that applies to the privileges in each related division. With this inventory application system can be used as an alternative manual system that is currently use to cut waiting time and coordination in each department. Keywords: Inventory, System, Time-Lead, Web, Linear Searching Semakin berkembangnya teknologi digital dan komunikasi saai ini, berbagai sarana telekomunikasi private danpublic terus berinovasi dan bertransformasi dari konvensional menjadi online. Adanya sebuah system yang terintegrasi penting untuk dilakukan. Seiring bertambahnya kebutuhan barang yang semakin besar, berbanding lurus dengan jumlah customer yang semakin banyak dan luas. Akan tetapi dalam prosesnya, permasalahan-permasalahan dan kendala-kendala di lapangan selalu ada. Salah satunya adalah masih menggunakannya paper dan prosedur yang diberlakukan masih manual, seperti kordinasi antar divisi sampai permintaan pembelian barang harus melalui persetujuan dari kepala divisi finance. Dan untuk hal tersebut orang yang memiliki wewenang tidak selalu ada. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang adalah aplikasi pengolah inventory PT Arthatelekomindo berbasis web app dengan memanfaatkan linear searching sebagai input tiket. Untuk keamanan sistem penulis memberlakukan pembatasan pada privilege disetiap divisi terkait . Dengan adanya aplikasi system pengolah inventory ini bisa digunakan sebagai alternative system manual yang saat ini berhalan untuk memangkas waktu tunggu dan kordinasi di setiap departement.
