Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap tingkat pengembalian laba bersih atas ekuitas yang diukur dengan rasio Return On Equity (ROE). Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sub Sektor Property & Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan program Eviews versi 7. Hasil analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) dan secara parsial variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) sedangkan variabel Total Asset Turnover (TAT) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity (ROE). Ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel tersebut mendukung dan menolak hipotesis.This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT) and the Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the return on equity in net income as measured by the ratio of Return On Equity (ROE). The object of this research is the Company Sub Sector Property & Real Estate Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study using purposive sampling method. Data collection method used is the method of documentation. Processing data using Eviews program version 7. The results of data analysis used statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that simultaneously all independent variables affect the Return On Equity (ROE) and partial variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and the Net Profit Margin (NPM) positive significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE) while the variable Total asset Turnover (TAT) has no effect on Return on Equity (ROE). This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test) which shows the significant value of these three variables to support and reject the hypothesis.
