Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dengan surat himbauan atau SP2DK terhadap penerimaan pajak pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran apakah penerbitan surat himbauan atau SP2DK telah efektif atau tidak dan berapa besar kontribusi yang diberikannya terhadap total penerimaan pajak di KPP Pratma Jakarta Setiabudi Dua. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat efektivitas dari surat himbauan atau SP2DK dalam persentase mengalami fluktuasi dimana pada tahun 2013 tergolong tidak efektif dengan presentase 30,92%, tahun 2014 tergolong tidak efektif dengan presentase 26,78% dan tahun 2015 tergolong tidak efektif dengan presentase 32,42%. Secara keseluruhan kontribusi Surat Himbauan atau SP2DK terhadap penerimaan pajak tahun 2013-2015 pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua masih tergolong sangat kurang. Untuk itu, Pimpinan KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua lebih meningkatkan efektivitas dan kontribusi penerbitan surat himbauan dan SP2DK di wilayah kerjanya.This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness with an appeal letter or SP2DK to tax revenues on Taxation Service Offices Jakarta Setiabudi Dua. The method applied in this research is descriptive qualitative to give you an idea whether the issuance of appeals or SP2DK has been effective or not, and how big the contribution that it provides to the total tax revenue in KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua. The results of this study shows the effectiveness of the appeal of the letter or SP2DK in the percentage of fluctuating where in 2013 classified as not effective with the precentage 30,92%, years 2014 classified as not effective with the precentage 26,78% and 2015 classified as not effective with the precentage 32.42%. Overall contribution to the acceptance of the year 2013-2015 tax on Taxation Service Offices Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua still is considered very less. For the direction of Taxation Service Offices Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua more increase the effectiveness and contribution of the issuance of the appeal and SP2DK.
