Abstract

At the time of the current era of globalization, rapidly evolving information technology capabilities, particularly internet infrastructure which is one the cheapest, fastest and broad level of acceptance. So much used to create a website, including web-based information system for monitoring the Fund Disbursement Order (SP2D) and the Payment Order (SPM) in Finance and Asset Management Agency Tangerang regency using PHP and MySQL as the database. Website information system for monitoring the Fund Disbursement Order (SP2D) and the Payment Order (SPM). With the website's information systems, is very helpful for all the Regional Working Units (on education) in Tangerang regency government environment and society in a practical and fast, so do not feel reluctant and hard to find information on filing Warrant Disbursement (SP2D) and the Payment Order (SPM) by the related local government offices. Key word: SP2D, SPM, SKPD UNIVERS Pada zaman era globalisasi saat ini, kemampuan teknologi informasi berkembang pesat, khususnya internet yang menjadi salah satu infrastruktur termurah, tercepat dan tingkat penerimaan yang luas. Sehingga banyak digunakan untuk membuat sebuah website, termasuk sistem informasi berbasis web untuk memonitoring Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) dan Surat Perintah Membayar (SPM) di Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Tangerang dengan menggunakan PHP dan SQL Server 2005 sebagai databasenya. Website sistem informasi ini untuk memonitoring Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) dan Surat Perintah Membayar (SPM). Dengan adanya website sistem informasi ini, sangat membantu bagi seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) yang ada di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang maupun masyarakat luas secara praktis dan cepat, sehingga tidak merasa enggan dan sulit untuk mencari informasi atas pengajuan Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) dan Surat Perintah Membayar (SPM) oleh SKPD terkait.
