Abstract
This study analyzes the implementation of the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model in measuring the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) at PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, focusing on the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) service in the telecommunications industry. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting primary data through surveys and interviews with company management and operational teams, complemented by secondary data from company reports and industry publications. Performance measurement is based on SCOR’s five core attributes—reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, and asset management—integrated with green supply chain principles, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and environmentally friendly practices. The results show that the company demonstrates strong reliability and responsiveness in service delivery, supported by efficient inventory management and optimized resource utilization. However, continuous improvement in agility and green innovation is essential to strengthen competitiveness in a dynamic market. The integration of SCOR and GSCM provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating operational effectiveness while aligning with sustainability goals. This study highlights the strategic role of green supply chain performance measurement in enhancing customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and environmental responsibility within the FTTH telecommunications sector. Keywords: SCOR Model, Green Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Operational Efficiency, Environmental Sustainability Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model dalam kerangka Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) pada PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, khususnya layanan Fiber to the Home (FTTH). Tujuannya adalah mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dengan mempertimbangkan aspek lingkungan, efisiensi operasional, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei terhadap responden internal dan eksternal, didukung data primer melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, serta data sekunder dari laporan perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja menggunakan lima dimensi utama SCOR: reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, dan asset management, yang diselaraskan dengan indikator GSCM seperti pengurangan limbah, efisiensi energi, dan penggunaan teknologi ramah lingkungan. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GSCM melalui SCOR Model meningkatkan efisiensi proses, mempercepat respon terhadap permintaan pasar, dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi strategis bagi industri telekomunikasi, terutama dalam membangun rantai pasok yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif terhadap tantangan digital. Penerapan integratif SCOR-GSCM terbukti relevan untuk meningkatkan daya saing, memenuhi tuntutan regulasi lingkungan, dan memperkuat citra perusahaan di mata pelanggan serta pemangku kepentingan.
