Abstract
The importance of communication and information technology are gaining priority to make information accepted quickly. Distance is no longer a barrier for a rural area to get information and communication. It will supports operations of a company. A department with operational time twenty four hour a day, seven day a week and covers wide area, charged with monitoring and maintaining operational of gas management system and support all facilities need an application that can be accessed easily and unlimited to the PC using. Blackberry Mobile Application for Customer Complaint is expected to support MTG Department, SBU Transmisi Sumatera Jawa, PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk. This application is developed using Java Platform and MySQL as database. Waterfall and Prototype are two method that use in software process. Field operator simply convey information of the trouble in order to solve trouble quickly by the technician to support the operations of the company.
