Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, capital structure, and firm size on the financial performance of telecommunication sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The sample consists of 19 companies, yielding a total of 95 observations, analyzed using multiple linear regression through IBM SPSS version 26. The results reveal that profitability (ROA) and capital structure (DER) have a positive and significant impact on financial performance (ROE), while firm size (Ln Total Assets) has no significant effect. This study provides valuable insights for management and investors in developing strategies to enhance financial performance in the telecommunications sector. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2023. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 19 perusahaan dengan total 95 data observasi yang dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda melalui IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA) dan struktur modal (DER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE), sementara ukuran perusahaan (Ln Total Aset) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi manajemen dan investor dalam mengembangkan strategi peningkatan kinerja keuangan di sektor telekomunikasi.
