Abstract
This study aims to analyze ergonomic risk factors related to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among bank tellers using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) methods. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, involving surveys and direct observations of teller work postures. Supporting data were also collected through the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire and interviews. The results indicate that MSDs were reported in several body parts such as the back, shoulders, and neck, which strongly correlate with non-ergonomic working postures. Based on REBA and RULA scores, most tellers fall into moderate to high-risk categories, indicating the need for corrective actions in work posture. Pearson correlation analysis shows significant relationships between age, length of service, and the level of MSD complaints. This study concludes that ergonomic factors have a substantial impact on MSDs among bank tellers, highlighting the need for ergonomic interventions and proper posture training to reduce risk. Keywords: Ergonomics, REBA, RULA, Musculoskeletal Disorders, Bank Teller Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko ergonomi terhadap keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) pada teller bank menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan observasi langsung terhadap postur kerja teller. Selain itu, data pendukung diperoleh melalui kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keluhan MSDs pada beberapa bagian tubuh, seperti punggung, bahu, dan leher, yang berkorelasi kuat dengan postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Berdasarkan hasil skor REBA dan RULA, sebagian besar teller berada dalam kategori risiko sedang hingga tinggi, yang membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan postur kerja. Analisis korelasi menggunakan uji Pearson menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, lama kerja, dan keluhan MSDs. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor ergonomi memiliki pengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat keluhan MSDs, sehingga diperlukan intervensi ergonomi dan pelatihan postur kerja yang benar untuk mengurangi risiko.
