Abstract

Manual table reservations in restaurants often lead to problems such as disorganized queues, recording errors, and lack of certainty for customers. Pendekar Bar & Resto faces similar issues, especially during peak hours, which affect service efficiency. This study aims to design and implement a web-based table reservation system using the First Come First Served algorithm to create a more orderly and structured reservation process. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and tested using the blackbox method to ensure that each feature functions properly. The results show that the application improves reservation flow, reduces recording errors, and provides convenience for both administrators and customers in the reservation process. Pemesanan meja secara manual pada restoran kerap menimbulkan kendala seperti antrean tidak tertata, kesalahan pencatatan, serta kurangnya kepastian bagi pelanggan. Pendekar Bar & Resto mengalami permasalahan serupa, terutama pada jam sibuk, yang berdampak pada ketidakefisienan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemesanan meja berbasis web menggunakan algoritma First Come First Served guna menciptakan proses reservasi yang lebih tertib dan teratur. Metode pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan pengujian dilakukan melalui metode blackbox untuk memastikan setiap fitur berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu mempercepat alur reservasi, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi admin dan pelanggan dalam proses pemesanan.
