Abstract

Road damage that occurs on the Jl. Kp. Ciwangun Indah Camp - West Bandung Regency. The impact of the road damage will affect the speed of vehicles passing through the road. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of the damage condition using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method, analyze the effect of road damage, and obtain the handling solutions needed for maintenance. This study was conducted on Jl. Kp Ciwangun Indah Camp - West Bandung Regency along 1.4 KM. For road damage data with PCI analysis, 14 segments were divided every 100 m. In addition to damage data, a survey was conducted to calculate the speed of vehicles per segment using the SMS method and a stopwatch. The results were poor road conditions with an average PCI value of 27. The condition prediction model is
