Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and the use of coping strategies in Senior High School (SMA)/Equivalent students. This study used a quantitative correlational design, involving 490 senior high school/equivalent students in the Jakarta area obtained through convenience sampling techniques. This data collection used a psychological well-being measurement tool, namely The PERMA-Profiler and used a coping strategy measurement tool, namely the adapted Adolescent Coping Scale. The results of the trial showed that both scales were valid (0.379-0.704) and reliable (0.751-0.900). Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation technique. Based on the results of the correlation test, it is known that the significance value of psychological wellbeing and PFC is (r = 0.000). The significance value of psychological well-being and EFC is (r = 0.026). These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between psychological well-being and coping strategies. Keywords: Psychological Well-being, coping strategies, students, education Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dengan penggunaan strategi coping pada pelajar Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA)/Sederajat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional, yang melibatkan 490 pelajar SMA/Sederajat di wilayah Jakarta yang diperoleh melalui teknik convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan alat ukur kesejahteraan psikologis yaitu The PERMA-Profiler serta menggunakan alat ukur strategi coping yaitu Adolescent Coping Scale yang telah diadaptasi. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan kedua skala valid (0.379-0.704) dan reliabel (0.751-0.900). Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi tersebut, diketahui nilai signifikansi kesejahteraan psikologis dan PFC adalah (r = 0,000). Nilai signifikansi kesejahteraan psikologis dan EFC adalah (r = 0,026). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dengan strategi coping. Kata kunci: Kesejahteraan Psikologis, strategi coping, pelajar, pendidikan
